RETURNS policy

As much as we hope that you have no reason to return the goods you buy, we understand that things happen and minds change. Below you will find the quick and simple returns & refund policy. ​IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.

If you change your mind for any reason we are happy for you to return your goods, in the same unworn condition they were sold, within 30 days of the purchase date. If you would like to return your items for this reason please use the contact us page with return as the subject heading. We will reply within 48hrs advising how to do this.

​IF GOODS ARE FAULTY

All goods are quality checked before they are delivered to the store, then quality checked before they are shipped to yourself. Things can be missed and we apologise unreservedly if you receive any faulty goods. Please use the contact us page with faulty goods as the subject heading within 30 days of purchase date. We aim to reply within 48hrs advising on how to return.

​RETURN REQUESTS AFTER 30 DAYS

Unfortunately return requests received after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted, except in extreme circumstances. Please use the contact us form and we will discuss this with you.

Refunds policy

Refund requests are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. Our full refund policy is included in our terms and conditions section, you will find this on our legal stuff page. Below you will find our quick and easy refunds policy.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND

We will refund the cost of goods only, not postage. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods. If goods are received in the same unworn condition they were sold to you, a full refund of the goods amount will be refunded within 5 working days to the same payment method you used.

Any postage costs will not be refunded. We strongly advise you send your item(s) back tracked so you have proof of postage, as refunds are not issued until we receive the item(s) back.

We will refund the total cost of your order plus any postage costs to return. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods. A full refund of the goods and postage costs will be refunded within 5 working days to the same payment method you used.
