We aim to ship all orders received by 11 am the same day (Monday to Saturday) All orders received after 11 am or a Sunday will be shipped the next working day. (excluding bank holidays)

Please allow 2-3 working days for your item to be handmade, packed and shipped
Delivery timescales and cost.
Standard delivery – please allow 2-3 working days to receive your parcel. Delivery is free for orders over £20.00, Orders under £20.00 will incur a £2.99 delivery fee.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm next day (For orders placed Monday to Friday before 11 am) Delivery is free for orders over £80.00. Orders under £80.00 will incur a £9.99 delivery fee.
A tracking number will be sent to you so that you can track your order.
Bank holidays and the festive season can delay orders, please allow extra time during these periods.
